Frédéric Ramos is a renowned French chef recognized for his expertise in Mediterranean cuisine. Since 2007, he has served as the executive chef of Azzurra Kitchen at the Novotel Monte-Carlo, where he highlights the local flavors and fresh products of the region.
Originally from Thiers, he began his culinary training in 1982 and continued his education in various prestigious establishments in France and England. In 1995, he became head chef at « Le Grill » in Antibes, and later, he acquired the restaurant « La Jarre » in Antibes, which he managed for five years.
